Fletcher. 12mo original panelled calf with corner florettes and on 4 raised spine bands, part of old paper label to spine but title no longer legible (head of spine bit chipped/corners worn). Frontis. + titlepage +iii-xx (Preface, contents, booklist, On Mr. Nelson) +324pp +[4]pp (2nd publisher's booklist). Ownership Jane Kenyon dated 1743 + a few pen trials to free endpaper. Fore-edge of portait sligfhtly chipped at margin. Otherwise a clean tight copy with hardly any traces of foxing. A practical religious advice book with prayers recommended. 1 volume.
