"This publication of the text of lectures given during the winter of 1925 -1926(presented at MIT) by Professor Max Born of Gottinggen is the first of the series. "These lectures do no purport to be a text-book- but rather an exposition of the present status of research in those regions of physics in which I myself have made investigations, and of which I therefore believe that I can take a comprehensive view."
