DUE PROCESS AND MANAGEMENT DESIGN THEORY: Identity and distinctions

Project and process are considered to be two different concepts, one from administration and the other from law. However, they can be identified in terms of their classic and modern visions. These conceptions totally alter the way they are managed or coordinated, with visible and important effects on each of them. What's interesting, however, is that both do not depend on the respective sciences, but rather on the way our minds see each of them: from a rigid or flexible perspective. So, although the object of one science is apparently different from the other, it's how we observe and use it that will lead to a more or less positive conclusion and result.
