With printed text at top, "The writer humbly prays that he to whom this may be presented, will keep it, and give something in return." Evidently handed out by a blind person seeking donations. Text of poem surrounded by decoration. Pencilled notation subtracting 1768 from 1838 on back. Foxing. broadside, (9 1/4 by 5 1/4 inches).
