BOTH INSIDE BOARDS ARE TORN ALONG THE HINGE AND THE BINDING IS EXPOSED. THE FIRST COUPLE OF PAGES ARE LOOSELY ATTACHED TO THE BINDING. SOME PAGES HAVE SOME CREASES. THE BINDING IS TIGHT. PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
