This large paperback spiral bound book on improving quality control in services and product delivery by Pacific Bell is in great shape with little wear. The covers are dark green and shiny with only minor wear around the edges. The spiral binding is in great shape with little wear. The pages are white with little wear and no marks except an owner's sticker on the first page. Tanya Baccguibu is the primary oversight editor of this quality control improvement project. A bunch of other people also contributed. 8 chapters include: Total Quality Control; Understanding Who The Customer Is and What the Customer Desires; Meeting Customer Requirements; Without Error and On Time; Every Time; Tools and Techniques for Continuous Improvement; Worksheets For Success; and Information. WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. We do not at this time accept any credit cards at the store. All payments must be in American dollars. We accept returns of books within 10 days of receipt but only if the book is not as described.

Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
