About the Author

He advises the world's premier organizations on how to build high-performing talent. He founded and publishes Talent Quarterly magazine and is the author of 8 Steps to High Performance (Harvard Business Review Press, 2018).
Miriam Ort is an HR leader, author, and speaker who has held positions in human resources and talent management in the HR organizations of Fortune 500 companies. She is currently Senior Vice President of HR at Avis Budget Group and is a regular contributor to HR and talent publications.

Shipping is via USPS Media Mail which takes 4-14 business days for delivery. Buyer pays a standard shipping rate of $3.49 for books and $2.49 for CDs. If a book requires extra shipping, buyer will be notified before sale is finalized.
