[xii], 97 pp; illustrated; small folio; original brown cloth; gilt title on spine. The follow-on volume to the work of the same name issued in 1927. A selection of page specimens from books that were composed by a Monotype system. English commercial presses represented here include Macmillan, William Collins, Eyre & Spottiswoode, Methuen, and William Heinemann. A very good, well-preserved copy overall, with some faint uneven toning on the covers and light foxing on title page; interior otherwise fine. Seller Inventory # 1940
