304 page hardcover textbook with illustrations and some interesting advertisements at the rear. The 1938 Second Edition of the 1922 original. Color chart frontis with paint chips pasted-on. "Producted under the directions of the International Association of Master Painters and Decorators including suggestions from Educational Bureau of Paint Manufacturers' Assn., Institute of Paint and Varnish Research, Wall Paper Manufacturers' Assn., National Varnish Manufacturers' Assn., The Brush Manufacturers' Assn." Full black cloth exterior with title in gold on spine. Interior is unmarked, tight and clean.
