In Picky Bits and Snacks learn to love pakoras, whipped dips with zesty gremolatas and za'atar crusted paneer, paneer-stuffed parathas.
Salads that are made super tasty with paneer include grain bowls, crispy rice salad with sweet chilli-glazed paneer, satay buddha bowls, grilled peach panzanella, kung pao paneer salad with bok choi and spring greens.
One-Pot Curries include paneer makhani, supergreen saag paneer, kidney bean curry, tamarind and coconut curry with sticky paneer, beetroot curry and roasted butternut squash, mustard see and curry leaf soup with paneer croutons.

Riya Patel was a fast-track civil servant who had a lightbulb moment about taking paneer, the high-protein, UPF-free totally natural Indian ingredient to a wider audience, creating a space as THE paneer brand in health-food shops, supermarkets and beyond and celebrating the sheer versatility of this ingredient. She founded All the Aunties in 2024 and the brand is already seeing supergrowth, being picked up by one major supermarket this year, with more to follow.
