A Paper On The Foundations Of Projective Geometry: Read Before The Aristotelian Society (1898)

""A Paper On The Foundations Of Projective Geometry: Read Before The Aristotelian Society (1898)"" is a scholarly work written by Edward Travers Dixon. The book is a detailed exploration of the principles and foundations of projective geometry, a branch of mathematics that deals with the properties of figures that are invariant under projection. The author delves into the history and development of projective geometry, and presents a thorough analysis of its fundamental concepts, including perspective, duality, and cross-ratio. The book is written in a clear and concise style, and is intended for readers with a strong background in mathematics. It is an important contribution to the field of geometry and is still relevant to contemporary research in this area. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
