*Notes on Self-Saving from Depression* is a book written by the author based on his own two-decade-long experience of struggling with depression. The book is divided into several chapters, which detail the author's journey from his unfortunate experiences in childhood, the onset of depression in adulthood, to the entire process of treatment and recovery. In the book, the author frankly shares his emotional fluctuations, treatment experiences, adjustments in lifestyle, and the process of self-redemption, aiming to provide hope and guidance for those who are also suffering from depression. It not only explores the symptoms, treatment methods, and psychological adjustments of depression but also emphasizes the importance of social understanding and support for depression patients. By sharing his personal story, the author hopes to reduce social prejudice against depression, encourage patients to face the disease bravely, actively seek help, and find opportunities for growth and self-fulfillment in adversity.
