The pain that I saw over and over on my friend's family's faces is something that always stuck with me. I decided on October 4, 2015 that I was going to change my life around or I was going to die trying. This book is a way for me to give back. To use what was once meant to destroy me to now help people in the same situation I was once in. We are all on the same road to recovery, some are just a little further down that others.
