У звʼязку з виходом у світ моєї книжки “Екзистенційна війна” (2025) англійською мовою чимало людей, які стежать за мною у соцмережах висловили побажання, що добре було б цю книжку видати українською мовою. Можна, звичайно, зробити україно-мовну версію цієї книжки, але я не бачу в цьому сенсу. Натомість я вирішив укласти оцю збірку статей, до якої я включив і статті, використані мною в підготовці англомовної книжки. Переконаний, що сказане тут набагато важливіше для української аудиторії. Більшість моїх публікацій розрахована на підготовленого читача, тобто на інтелектуальну й політичну еліту. Багато чого з написаного мною не сприймає навіть ця, здавалося б, підготовлена аудиторія. Що вже говорити про масового читача.
До цієї збірки увійшли мої ключові статті, зміст яких я хочу донести до масового українського читача в Україні й українському зарубіжжі. Той, хто подужає ці тексти, сподіваюся, зацікавиться й повними збірками моїх статей і нотаток останнього десятиліття. Ця збірка порушує хронолоґічний порядок і укладена за тематич-ним принципом для легшого сприйняття моїх ідей і пропозицій.
Перший блок складають статті, в яких я показую й пояснюю, яку Україну ми будували після розпаду СРСР, що і чому у нас пішло не так. Другий блок складається із статей, які, власне, й розкривають мою концепцію системних устроєвих змін для України та моє бачення стратеґії розвитку України на тривалу перспективу, тобто яку Україну ми мали б побудувати. До третього блоку я включив статті, в яких пояснюю природу й причини війни Росії проти України, невивчені уроки війни й пропоную своє бачення стратеґії перемоги України у цій війні.

In connection with the publication of my book “Existential War” (2025) in English, many people who follow me on social networks expressed their wish that it would be good to publish this book in Ukrainian. It is possible, of course, to make a Ukrainian-language version of this book, but I do not see the point in this. Instead, I decided to compile this collection of articles, to which I have also included the articles that I used in preparing the English-language book. I am convinced that what is said here is much more important for the Ukrainian audience. Most of my publications are intended for a prepared reader, that is, for the intellectual and political elite. Even this seemingly prepared audience does not perceive much of what I write. What can we say about the mass reader.
This collection includes my key articles, the content of which I want to convey to the mass Ukrainian reader in Ukraine and abroad. I hope that those who master these texts will also be interested in the complete collections of my articles and notes from the last decade. This collection breaks the chronological order and is arranged according to thematic principles for easier perception of my ideas and proposals.
The first block consists of articles in which I show and explain what kind of Ukraine we built after the collapse of the USSR, what went wrong and why. The second block consists of articles that, in fact, reveal my concept of systemic structural changes for Ukraine and my vision of the strategy of Ukraine's development in the long term, that is, what kind of Ukraine we should build. In the third block, I have included articles in which I explain the nature and reasons for Russia's war against Ukraine, the unlearned lessons of the war, and offer my vision of the strategy for Ukraine's victory in this war.
