Papercraft Weekend Workbook

A guide to the art of papercraft takes readers step-by-step through more than fifty projects and includes detailed instructions and tips on selecting the right paper and accessories for everything from a set of invitations to personalized stationary.

Projects^B include more than the expected instructions, featuring step-by-step photographic explanations and the like. So, a scented baby mobile is not only described pictorially and verbally but also refined by the insistence on using lavender oil. Items celebrate the middle-of-the-road gifts, such as baby cards, holiday baskets, scrapbooks, trays, coasters, and more. Still other information, in crafter's tips, promotes such practical activities as purchasing an expensive tool as a team--then sharing it. And levels of difficulty, time needed, and primary technique for each project make sure that every crafter's a winner. Barbara Jacobs
