The story takes them first on a journey to aid in the development of the first multi-universal Jalopy, then follows them as they use this Jalopy to search for Elbina. On Earth’s parallel planet Thera, they meet a cohort of fun-loving and dastardly characters. What the McHubbards discover is a world not unlike their own, but with its own personalised twist. Problems start to escalate out of proportion when aspects of Earth and Thera collide...

The Jalopy Chronicles: A Parallel World presents even more zany and outrageous adventures across multiple universes. Follow the McHubbards as they encounter black holes, supernovas, and peevish planetary border control agents; navigate the whirlwind of love; and, above all, fly in innovative and particularly junky Jalopies.

Caeli Ennis crafted the story of the McHubbard Family in her flat in Southampton, England during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is originally from snowy Buffalo, New York, where she enjoys nothing more than spending the summertime at the cottage in Hanford Bay with her family and friends. Caeli sought to build characters with physical disabilities to prove to readers that anyone and everyone can help save the universe. She works as a development engineer and in her free time takes the train to new cities, jams on the cello and piano, and plays with every dog that trots by.
