Alex J. Packer, Ph.D., an educator and developmental psychologist, is president and CEO of FCD Educational Services, Inc. Founded in 1976, FCD is a Boston-based nonprofit organization that provides on-site alcohol, tobacco, and other drug education for schools in the United States and abroad.Dr. Packer is the author of numerous award-winning books for parents and teenagers including the best-selling How Rude!
