About the Author

Fritz, MLS, is founder and co-owner of The MARC of Quality, a Florida-based company that provides training, software, and database services to help librarians create better MARC records. An active teacher and workshop presenter of a wide array of cataloging educational sessions, she is the co-author, with Richard Fritz, of MARC21 for Everyone: A Practical Guide. She has co-developed processing programs including the "MARC Report" and "MARC Global." She earned her MLS from the University of Toronto.
