Mel Parker is President and Chief Executive Officer of Take the Limits Off LLC, a business consulting firm dedicated to expanding the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of leaders He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger Schools. Mel distinguished himself as an artillery officer in the elite 82nd Airborne Division to include combat service in Operations Desert Storm/Desert Shield. For over two decades Mel achieved stellar results in senior leadership positions with some of the world's best in class companies including PepsiCo, Corporate Express, Newell Rubbermaid, Dell, and Brink's. Mel serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Vectrus (NYSE:VEC) and on the Board of the National Black MBA Association.
