About the Author

Julia and Derek Parker are two of the most highly respected astrologers worldwide. They met in England, before Julia became a teacher and Derek a reporter. Julia's interest in astrology began in 1965, and she excelled in the field, training with the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London. Derek's interest in the history of astrology led him to write a book on astrology in the modern world. In 1971, they wrote The Compleat Astrologer, selling millions of copies worldwide. The bestselling husband-and-wife team has since published more than 50 books on astrology and dream interpretation, including The Complete Book of Dreams and A Brief History of Western Astrology.
