Hardcover. Color illustrated paper-covered boards of four figures at a table with playing cards and brown cloth-covered spine, with white lettering on the front cover. Paper over the boards has chipped away and now exposes the boards all along the edges. Cloth is frayed at the head and foot of the spine. Illustration remains eye catching, if rubbed and toned. No date on title page. Copyright page is dated 1863. 130 pages plus 14 pages of publisher's ads. Interiors are clean and unmarked. Title page continues as "Embracing Tricks with Cards Performed By Skillful Manipulation and Sleigh of Hand; By the Aid of Memory, Mental Calculation, and the Peculiar Arrangement of the Cards; By the Aid of Confederacy and Sheer Audacity, and Performed by the Aid of Ingenious Apparatus and Prepared Cards, the Whole Illustrated, and Made Plain and Easy. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
