Partially printed document. 7 1/2" x 12". Paper is tanned, but easily readable, there are short tears and small pieces missing around the edges, very good or better. Document of a real estate transaction transferring title of one hundred acres of land in the township of Bow from Eleazer Emerson to Francis Carr. Bow is near Concord. Ten years later, Emerson was listed as a soldier in the Continental Army, who died in the retreat from Ft. Ticonderoga. The document is a standard partially printed form and then filled in by hand. There is a bit of the original seal remaining in the lower right corner. Seller Inventory # 281734
