Edges are moderately age discolored / soiled, and there are a couple of moisture stains on the top edge. Binding is square and strong. The first few pages are slightly wrinkled, as if the book was kept in a damp environment (Asia?) at some point. First ca. 16 pages have a soft crease at the bottom fore corner. Pages are a bit age toned but clean and unmarked.
