"The whole book reflects the current activity in measurement techniques, methods and, in a more limited amount, applications, covering a broad spectrum of subjects. There is no limitation on the materials to which the described techniques can be applied, i.e. inorganic, organic or biological, however the most of examples reported are on standard polymers, mainly polystyrene. For this reason, the interest of the polymer community for it can be high. In the first section, improved and novel instrumentations for static and dynamic light scattering are described. . . . The application of several fractionation methods to colloidal systems is the topic of the second section. . . .
