Im Anschlu� an Cassirers methodischen Maxime, jede Wirklichkeitsthematik lasse sich zur Darstellung bringen: durch den Mythos, die Logik und die Symbolik, verfolgt Baldus in seiner exemplarisch angelegten Modellstudie das Ziel, die G�ltigkeit dieser Maxime auch f�r die Symbolik aufzuzeigen. Das zu l�sende Problem liegt darin, da� die von Frege begr�ndete zweiwertige Form der symbolischen Logik Reflexionsstrukturen nicht zu Darstellung bringen kann, also die symbolischen Konstruktion z.B. der apriorischen Synthetik des Bewu�tseins, wie Fichte sie darstellte, nicht zul��t. Die von Baldus vorgestellte L�sung basiert auf einer Erweiterung und Umdeutung des Fregeschen Begriffs der Funktion und gipfelt in der vollst�ndigen symbolischen Konstruktion aller von Fichte in der Wissenschaftslehre von 1794/95 vorgestellten Reflexionsformen. Der Nachweis der Darstellbarkeit reflexiver Strukturen mit den Mitteln der Symbolik er�ffnet einen neuen, �u�erst vielversprechenden Ansatz f�r die systematische Auseinandersetzung mit den Texten des deutschen Idealismus, insbesondere aber f�r die Weiterentwicklung der konstruktiven symbolischen Logik.
