A very nicely designed booklet of underwater sea paintings by Pascal Lecocq, a French painter who works in oils. A short essay on the artist indicates that his works are primarily characterized by the color blue and he makes abundant use of blue in the paintings shown in this booklet - most of which show a deep-sea diver engaged in a variety of activities - often humorous including a bit of fantasy. Cover shows a diver with a red cape trying to attract a shark. Booklet is in a horizontal format measuring 9.5" x 6.5" with one painting per page (with a title) - nothing more. A total of 66 pages. Signed by the artist on the first page with an inscription to the prior owner ('With Blue regards'). In excellent condition. SALE PRICE.
