About the Author

Doug Gray, PCC, is an ICF-certified coach, speaker, leadership trainer, and author. Since 1997, when he founded Action Learning Associates, Inc., Doug and his colleagues coach and train the leader within each of us. His clients range from small business owners to Fortune 50 companies. He frequently speaks on productivity, business development, and leadership. Doug holds a MALS degree from Dartmouth College, a BS from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and studied at Hamilton College. He co-developed the Leadership Development Institute at the University of Maryland and has taught there since 2000, and he is an adjunct faculty member at several colleges including NC State University.
