Past the Flaming Sword

Ms. Freeman’s masterful ability to blend the human experience with that of nature; the simple daily rituals with that of the spirit, the Gods, makes me want to dive in over and over. And I will do so with the assurance of discovering more bounty each time. -- SUSAN FARWELL

Believed to have been lost in a theft, a copy of the manuscript for Past the Flaming Sword was recently found in a beloved colleague's file. Written thirty years ago, Clara Freeman’s collection of poetry still strikes a resounding chord with the joys, sorrows, and loves of a young woman in search of the truth and meaning in life. Past the Flaming Sword reflects with great generosity on the stages of a life well observed and contemplated. Please visit clarafreemanauthor.wixsite.com/mysite.
