A Patch of Grass: Defining My Sacred SpaceCreating an environment where you can meditate, pray, praise, commune and reach your inner self is important in this busy time driven “everybody wants some” world. That sacred space is a place, mind-set or even a time where you can relax and feel at peace. You establish this place as one of safety, acceptance and meaning. It can be something or someplace normally used for common purposes but when you decide to set it (the time or place) aside for these purposes, it becomes your sacred space. Your space can be as simple as a favorite spot that you energize and dedicate as a sacred. Find the simple value that your sacred space can add to your well-being and personal outlook.

Heather Hetheru Miller, Consultant, Facilitator, Blogtalk Radio Host, and Writer provides results-oriented activities, coaching, and value-added workshops using demonstrated experience and training to deliver intense subject matter for more than 10 years. Facilitator and coach, she uses the insights from her personal journey and extensive study and training to share the process of understanding the origins of our ideas, thoughts, and values to help each participant take steps to improving their "quality of life". She guides participants towards liberation by assisting them to redefine their own values for themselves. She also shares strategies on self development and exploration that leads to the unlocking of spiritual perspectives and creativity that is often silent within us due to our fears and low self esteem. Building on her extensive experience in program development, community planning, advocacy, entrepreneurship, consulting, activism, and coaching, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals reach their greatest potential.
