Gail Pan lives on the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia, at the foot of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges (a series of low, verdant mountain ranges). Growing up in a home where sewing was always an important part of life, it was only natural that she tried every craft there was! She has always had some kind of project in the works, trying everything from knitting to cross-stitch.
In 2003, at the encouragement of some friends who were opening their own patchwork business, Gail began to design and release her own patterns. She's been designing ever since! Gail teaches all over the world and gets great satisfaction and enjoyment from sharing her love of needle and thread.
