ALAN L. DURHAM is a Professor of Law at the University of Alabama, teaching courses in intellectual property and computer law. Professor Durham formerly practiced law in California's Silicon Valley, with the Palo Alto offices of Brown & Bain and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
