The Path to Conscious Leadership: 5 Steps to Better Decisions and Results

In this complex world, it’ s exceptionally hard for leaders to make good business decisions. Things are changing fast. The landscape is confusing and ambiguous. It’ s hard to clearly see what’ s going on.
So what should leadersdo? It’ s not good enough to just work harder and faster. That can lead to disastrous errors. Instead, Seema Dhanoa argues, leaders need a new way of thinking so that they can see the world more accurately — and make better decisions. To do this, she says we need to look at how our brains make decisions, why we can all make errors so easily, and how we can avoid mistakes. Then we need to recruit intelligence from a new source of body intelligence: our heart and gut.
We need to adopt a new form of conscious leadership. This is not easy, but it’ s worth it because conscious leadership will result in better decisions, better teams, and fewer mistakes.
In this helpful book, Dhanoa leads readers through the five key steps they need to take to be more conscious in their decision-making:
1. Be present.
2. Be heart-centred.
3. Recognize we are interconnected.
4. Put the future into your actions today.
5. Adopt an abundance mindset.

As a practitioner and steward of conscious leadership, SEEMA DHANOA helps leaders to improve their organizations and the planet.
