Path to awakening: A short guide to navigate in the meanders of the human mind

Often, when we suffer, we have the habit of blaming the circumstances or the surroundings concealing our own responsibility. In fact, our life choices, our words, behaviours and actions always leave us with consequences, good or bad. Untamed emotions move like puppets controlled by an invisible hand that pushes the mind into uncertain situations. This hand is our ego, our "me", a child with many unmet needs and filled with resentment towards the world around him. To dissolve the ego and overcome suffering, we should return to our inner world and agree to face ourselves. I hope this book will accompany you along the path to enlightenment, wishing you progress with sincerity and perseverance. When spring comes, the grass will grow on its own. The truth is just like this.
