Small 8vo, pp 16 printed on rectos only, each with etched illustrations and text beneath, handcoloured throughout, teaching the rudimentary points of English grammar, advert leaf at end pasted down to lower printed wrapper, the upper wrapper missing or with just the inner gutter remaining, neat modenr paper wrappers with facsimile of the original printed upper wrapper laid down, internally lightly soiled and with a few spots and stains as usual, but generally good, FIRST EDITION, one of the many issues of this most popular in the series 'Harris's Cabinet of Amusement and Instruction'. In this issue the advert leaf is laid down to the rear wrapper and this title in no 19 of 57 and the lower wrapper shows the head of Brittania [the upper wrapper is largely missing but enough remains to confirm it is the usual one].
