The Pathways to Peace Anger Management Workbook

This anger workbook is unique. It is the official guide for Pathways to Peace, a program which provides self-help anger management and violence prevention instruction for individuals and communities.

Anger is a drug which often turns into a full-blown addiction. This pattern of anger abuse is reinforced socially. People learn to abuse anger from the examples of parents, peers, the media. The author also designs and markets alcoholism and substance abuse home study courses for chemical dependency counselors throughout the US and Canada. Fleeman's courses have been approved by the Navy for use by Navy and Marine Corp chemical dependency counselors at bases throughout the world. He lives in Cassadaga, New York.
