A self-help book for women who have not experienced orgasm, for those whose orgasms are infrequent, and for those wishing theirs were bigger and better. The book contains accurate information, valuable insight, helpful suggestions, fun "homework assignments," and a comprehensive list of resources. The impact of physical disability, illness, medications, aging, menopause and sexual abuse on a woman's sexual response are included. Lynn Morgan, a Certified Sex Educator, sums it up when she says, "This book has it all. Permission, information and how-to tips for women of any age."
