Dallas Joyce, Optometrist in El Dorado, Kansas as printed on the rear wrap. This booklet has 32 B&W photographs of cute babies and cute expressions with adult comments written beneath the photo that eye doctors hear from their patients about their exam and their glasses. A clean very presentable copy.
