In this book, we study the expression of WWOX gene in ALL.screening for WWOX gene expression was assessed using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain in normal and lymphoid leukemic specimens, our result suggested that WWOX gene was a predictor for better outcome, could be a useful target for immunotherapy and might represent a candidate marker for monitoring of minimal residual disease.

Walaa fikry Elbossaty is research fellow, Department of chemistry, Faculty of science-Damietta; Egypt. She received BSc (chemistry/biochemistry), MSc in Biochemistry from Mansoura University and PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Damietta University. Her research interests and focused on Molecular biology science and blood diseases.
