Pause Breathe Proceed: Pause and everything will change

Are you stressed out with no end in sight? Do stress reduction techniques take too much time and are they hard to incorporate into your life? I hear you. My name is Karen and I am a former stress addict. I left a high stress, health sucking, corporate job to become a massage therapist. The last 22 years I have been on a journey to discover what stress is. No one tells us what stress is and they only treat the symptoms which deteriorate our physical and mental health.

I keep things simple and real so I can understand them. I tried books, classes, retreats, but nothing changed in my life. I literally paused, looked to the sky, and asked God for help. Three powerful words flooded my heart; Pause Breathe Proceed.

I realized that somebody needed to teach the everyday person, like myself, how to reduce stress without bogging them down with a whole bunch of extra crap they didn’t need to know or spend hours on a yoga mat or mediation cushion.

I spent five years doing a deep dive into the power of these three words and created a movement around them because they changed me from the inside out. I went from a redhead full of piss-n-vinegar (as my grandmother would call me) to a peaceful non-reactive lady. I finally like who I am. I want this for you. I wrote this easy to understand booklet to share what I have learned. Pause Breathe Proceed is mindfulness and emotional intelligence IN ACTION.

My purpose is NOT to tell you how to live your life and what is right and wrong. That’s not my deal… I've found that by helping people simply understand the stressors in their life and how to face them is more empowering and yields results that last.
