Pause (ROCK HARD)

Stu Killorn epitomizes rock and roll.

From the first time I picked up a guitar, I knew music would be my future.

But I never expected it to be a rock and roll roller coaster.

I’ve been on top of the world and dragged the lowest of lows—including a stint in prison.

Nobody’s Fool has given me a new lease on life—and fame. All I have to do is keep my head down and stick to the music.

The last thing I expect is a sexy lass like Lindsay to catch my eye. She’s all work and no play, and her only connection to the music world is playing supportive bestie to the lead singer of my band.

Her focus is on passing the bar exam so she can’t afford any distractions either... not even after I rock her world on her birthday.

Our sexual chemistry is combustible but the desire to keep things simple is becoming complicated.

When my past comes roaring into the present, I don’t know if we can find a way to move forward together.
