Pawprints of Wisdom: Life Lessons from Our Dogs by Carol Grace Anderson ? Inspiring and Sentimental Gift Book for Any Dog Lover from Blue Mountain Arts (English and English Edition)

Dogs are living examples of how to make every day count. Think about how easily they adapt to sudden changes in their schedules. If you have ever accidentally stepped on a dog's paw, you know they are the epitome of forgiveness. They show us the importance of living in the present, enjoying the simple pleasures that come our way, and fearlessly and confidently pursuing our dreams. They give us so much, expecting so little in return. What if we all followed their lead? These messages of joy, hope, and love that author Carol Grace Anderson learned from her own furever friend will ring true in the heart of any dog owner who has looked into the eyes of their adoring pet and seen the immense wisdom to be found there.

This 7.3-x-5.2-inch, 44-page Heart-to-Heart hardcover gift book from Blue Mountain Arts is printed on high-quality textured paper, perfect bound, and fully illustrated. Perfect as a birthday, Christmas, or “just because” gift for any dog lover, this book is a touching reminder that there is so much to be learned from our canine companions.

To say Carol has had a colorful background is a huge understatement! She lived in an eighteen-foot trailer as a child... surrounded by circus performers. After flunking out of three colleges, she was determined enough to pursue and ultimately earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselor education from New York University. She taught life skills and stress management before becoming a sought-after motivational speaker. Carol is the author of the popular book "Get Fired Up Without Burning Out!" She also has an inspiring story in the million-selling "Chicken Soup for the College Soul®." Carol has a stellar music background as well. She has performed with such entertainment legends as Johnny Cash, Roy Clark, Jimmy Buffett, and Willie Nelson. And as an actress, she has had movie roles with Faye Dunaway and Sandra Bullock. In spite of all her accomplishments, Carol would say that she learned more practical life lessons from her dog Cowgirl than from any college course. "Pawprints of Wisdom" is a reminder of those powerful lessons about love, laughter, loss, patience, and more that we can learn from our furry friends.
