A book with a forthright condemnation of the Nazi regime ('Hitler is a liar [.] stirred to the depths of his shallow soul by dreams of terrorist conquest') but with the thesis that appeasement is the better option - its printed dedication ('without permission') is to 'Neville Chamberlain, Cunctator'.
