Dr. Phelps is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pediatrics at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN. She is also Vice-Chair of Professional Programs for the Department of Clinical Pharmacy. Certified by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties in Pharmacotherapy, Dr. Phelps is a fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and the American Pharmacists Association (APhA).
