About the Author

Peggy Mathna uses her twenty-five years of experience as an operative to bring stark authenticity to the plot lines as well as to the characters. Peggy has an extensive background in politics and the arts. She worked as a studio musician and production partner in Los Angeles. She also served for eighteen years on the Board of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Mathna worked for the United States Congress in senior positions for The House Democratic Caucus, The Financial Services Committee and The House Administration Committee with oversight of the Smithsonian Institution, and The Library of Congress. She has advised the following foreign governments and embassies: Turkey, Lebanon, Nigeria, the former Yugoslavia, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and large scale economic development projects, businesses, NGOs and educational institutions in the U.S., Middle East, Asia and Africa. She served as a consultant to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, The Smithsonian Museum of American History and The Cooper Hewitt-National Museum of Design. Peggy has also advised numerous political campaigns.
