Large, thick 8vo., 8" x 11 1/8", 512 + 508pp., illustrated with 408 numbered wood engravings. Complete run of all issues of volumes 3 and 4 for 1834 and 1835, apparently complete. Wear at the tips and outer hinge coverings, right hand column of text of first three pages compromised from binder's trim, bottom corner of two pages excised, foxing to pastedowns/end sheets, occasional light foxing but mostly clean and bright throughout, binding strong and tight. Very good.
