Proceedings of the Committee also Minutes of the Evidence, first printed 1807. Ordered by the House of Commons to be re-printed 9th march, 1819. This original copy good. Grey outer wrap has tears and loss particularly on the spine and creasing to corner. Folio size, 80pp.
