OVERSIZED, circa 1853. 464pp, 396pp, 4pp, with two hand-coloured folding Maps [showing tears], bound in blind stamped leather, marbled endpapers, all page edges marbled, binding tight. The name "Julia Cotton" is stamped in gilt on the front cover, covers show edge wear/tear, spine dry and flaking, front and back hinges cracked, damp marks, lacking the title page and frontis-piece to Vol. I.
