Not dated, c.1945. Size thick octavo, 311 pages including index. Green cloth covered boards with black and red titles and baking vignette to front cover and black and red titles to the spine. Condition fair, cloth is rubbed at corners all edges and hinges, hinges cracked, part of backstrip peeling away from the spine, pages are age toned otherwise clean throughout.
