The Perfect Pinata: La Pinata Perfecta

Marisa's birthday was drawing near, and today her mother took her to buy a piñata. At the store, Marisa saw a beautiful butterfly piñata and knew she had to have it. When it was time for the party, Marisa didn't know if she could hit it.

Hi, Diane Paterson here. Been writing and illustrating for a gazillion years and still having fun. Now venturing into the wiggly world of animation. A new approach... sneaking up on words and characters as they squiggle across the stage. Like playing hide and seek with an impish child giggling and shouting with joy at discovery. So, animation for me right now is another way to snag those fleeting ideas and inspirations and trap them on the page. First animation then paper pages. We'll see. Stay tuned!
