This novel evokes 1990s small-town America when in spite of misplaced efforts it was possible to attain a state of simple human grace. About the Author

Amy Lapwing's essay "The Taiz� Effect" on the power of meditation won a 2006 Polly Bond Award. She has published poetry in Chester College's "Compass Rose." This is her first novel. She is a software engineer and lives in New Hampshire.
